Reflexology for Spa Settings [6 CE's]

This engaging and interactive course introduces licensed massage therapists to the art and science of reflexology, tailored for the spa environment. Participants will explore the theory and history of reflexology, gaining a deep understanding of the reflexology maps of the feet, hands, and face. Through hands-on practice, students will learn and apply foundational techniques to support relaxation and overall well-being.

The course also focuses on enhancing client experiences with advanced consultation and education strategies, equipping therapists to create personalized and luxurious services. Additional techniques, including the use of scrubs, masks, and soaks, are introduced to elevate treatments, ensuring they meet the expectations of today’s spa-savvy clientele.

A full 60-minute reflexology protocol that includes hands, feet, face and scalp massage will be practiced. Students should come prepared to give and receive lots of foot work during this class. Pedicures prior to class are appreciated but not required. Upon completion, therapists will feel confident incorporating reflexology into their service offerings and delivering high-quality treatments that stand out in a competitive spa market.
