Taught in the side-lying position as recommended by the American College of OB/GYN, we approach this sacred session with reverence and respect. Much focus is given on intention, comfort, and communication to “Nurture the Nurturer” on your table. To earn certification, students will demonstrate proper bolstering and identify contraindications to safely perform this session. The class is divided into 2 hours lecture and demonstration, followed by 2 hour supervised and detailed trades.

After 7 years as their #1 trainer and educator, she decided to make the entrepreneurial leap and bought a Spa in the Chicago suburbs.
